Our exams comprise of questions intended to evaluate your grasp of the path material through various question types, including multiple choice, fill-in-the-blank and short coding challenges. By taking exams, you will gain practice, receive immediate feedback on your level of technical proficiency on the material and make progress towards earning a Professional Certification. Please note that our Customer Support team will be unable to help you pass an exam or get unstuck on a particular question. However, if you believe you have encountered a bug on an exam or believe that your answer is correct, you can send us an email via the Contact Us link located near the top right corner of this page.
In that email, please provide the following for Customer Support in order for a full report to be escalated for further review.
- The URL of the exam
- A full screenshot of the webpage that captures the exam question as well as the results returned
- Copy and paste your code into a text file and attach it to the email. We will need all of your code to review.
- A detailed explanation of why you think your code is correct for our team to review. If relevant, please provide screenshots that will help support your submission.
