You are able to switch your subscription from Plus to Pro from within your Account Settings. To do so, please follow these steps:
- Navigate to your Account Settings (found under the avatar icon at the top-right hand corner of your screen)
- Click on the Payment and plan tab
- Select "Change Plan"
- Review account changes and terms
- Click "Upgrade and Pay Now"
Your account will automatically switch and charge the new Pro plan and a credit will be prorated based on the amount of unused time left on your Plus subscription.
Note that this setting is only available for switching between monthly Plus and monthly Pro or switching between annual Plus and annual Pro. If you'd like to switch your plan and change the plan term length, please contact our Customer Support team here.
Note that you will not see this option if you originally paid via PayTM. To switch your plan, please contact our Customer Support team here for further assistance.
