How to access:
- Accounts (referred to as "seats" in the tool) can only be created by Admins and Admins (dashboard only) roles.
- To create and assign seats go to your Teams Account Management portal under your profile image.
- Choose the plan you’d like to edit.
To create seats:

If you would like to add a single learner or Admin seat to your plan, view the options under Members -> Invitations:
- From the Role drop-down menu, select if you will be adding a Learner, Admin, or Admin (dashboard only).
- Optional to add Full Name
- Add the email address of the individual you are adding
- Optional to add to a Group
- Select “Send Invite”.
- Your new user will receive a welcome email with activation instructions.
- The user can now be found under the Member's tab and their account will stay in Pending status until the user activates the account, it will then move to Active status.
- If you would like to add multiple learners at once, view the options under Add members in bulk under the Members -> Invitations tab

- You will need to create a CSV file with the role, full name, and email addresses of the learners you would like to add. CSV template available to download from the Invitations tab for further instructions.
- Upload your file
- Optional to select Group
- Select "Send Invite"
- Currently, the Bulk Invite Tool supports up to 99 new users in a single upload.
- All accounts will receive an activation email from Codecademy.
- The users can now be found under the Member's tab and their account will stay in Pending status until the user activates the account, it will then move to Active status.

To reassign seats:
- To switch a seat from one user to another, you must first remove access from the original account
- Locate the user under your Members tab
- Scroll over to the three dots on the far right-hand side of the table, you may need to scroll over on your screen
- Click the three dots and select "Remove member"
- Pro access will be revoked from this user's account
- Once that seat has been opened up, you will see a new seat available under Seats Remaining.
- You will then be able to add a new user to this seat using the instructions above.
