With this feature, you can:
- Generate an invoice: Create a detailed invoice for record-keeping before making payment.
- Pay by card: Complete the payment directly using the invoice link.
- Forward the invoice: Send the invoice to another individual (e.g., a finance team member) to complete payment.
This process ensures flexibility and transparency for team subscription management.
How to Generate an Invoice
- Navigate to the checkout page
- Click on Generate Invoice to pay
- Select Download Invoice
How to Pay Using the Invoice
- Download the generated invoice.
- Click on the payment link provided on the invoice.
- Enter your card details and complete the payment.
- Once paid, you’ll receive a confirmation email and receipt.
Forwarding the Invoice to Someone Else
If you’re not the one completing the payment:
- Download the invoice or copy the payment link.
- Share it via email or other communication with the person responsible for payment.
- They can then use the provided link to pay securely by card.
