This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to cancel your Teams trial for Teams/Enterprise accounts to prevent being charged at the end of your trial period. When you cancel, you will continue to be provided full access until the end of the 14 day trial period but will not be charged.
**Please note that this is only for our Teams/Enterprise accounts. If you have questions regarding your personal account, please contact our Customer Support team by selecting "Contact Us" at the top of the Help Center.
If you are an Admin on the Teams plan and would like to cancel during your 14 day trial period (Teams and Enterprise accounts only, no personal accounts), you can cancel your Teams plan at any time by following these steps:
- Visit your Teams Admin Dashboard and navigate to the Account page
- Select “Cancel subscription”
- Select the reason you are canceling and proceed through the cancellation workflow
- Your cancellation will be confirmed, and you will not be charged at the end of the 14-day trial. You will continue to receive access until that date.
Your Teams plan will automatically deactivate itself at the end of the 14 day trial period, up to which point your Learners will still have access to Pro, and Admins will have full access to the Teams Account Management Portal. When the trial is deactivated after 14 days, your learners will no longer have access to Pro content, and reporting will no longer be updated.
