If you're interested in Codecademy's Teams product, you can purchase a plan directly or generate an invoice.
Calculating the price of a Teams plan
If you select the Purchase today option, please complete the following steps to gain insight into what this Teams plan would cost:
- Complete the Details section with your company name (as it will appear on the Teams plan), your job title, phone number (optional), and your company email address.

Select your team size by using the input field under Total seats for purchase to specify the number of seats (team members) you want to purchase the plan for. Pricing will update based on your selection.
Please note that each plan comes with one free additional seat, reserved for the Admin on the plan. Overall, if you plan to be the Admin on this account, just enter the number of other team members you want to provide seats for, as one seat will be reserved for you automatically. More information here. - Review the pricing as the page will now display the total cost based on the number of seats.
Completing the Payment
Once you get the proper number of seats in your plan determined, you can proceed to make the purchase!

- Choose your payment method (credit/debit card or PayPal)
- If you need alternative payment methods, please request a demo to speak with one of our experts
- Enter the billing information
- Enter the promo code if you have one
- Review and agree to Codecademy's terms of service and privacy policy.
- Complete the purchase by selecting Complete Payment
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with access details and onboarding instructions for your team.
Generate an invoice to pay
You will also see the option on this page to Generate invoice to pay. This option allows you to customize and download an invoice. This invoice can be paid directly or passed along to another individual within your company to complete the payment. More information on how to generate an invoice and pay can be found here.
