To delete your account, you will first need to complete account verification. If you request a verification, it will be sent to the email address on file.
To delete your account, please follow the below steps. Please note that once you delete your account, there is no way to recover the data.
- Verify your account
- Go to Account Settings, or simply click here.
- On the lefthand side bar, click Delete Account
- Click I UNDERSTAND, DELETE MY ACCOUNT
- You may need to log out and log back in to verify you are the owner and repeat the above

Please note that if you have a Pro subscription, your subscription must be canceled and the last billing period must have ended prior to deleting your account. For more information on canceling your Pro subscription, please see our help center article.
