Your college or university is not listed in SheerID’s database. If this is the case, you can request to add a college/university through SheerID. Please note it can take at least 30 days for our verification partner, SheerID, to get back to you.
The documentation you manually uploaded did not prove your eligibility (specific reasons regarding your documentation are included in the verification emails sent by SheerID)
You have exceeded the maximum eligibility of four years
