Why has my Pro subscription expired?

Your Pro subscription will expire, reverting you back to a free account, after multiple failed payment errors. Subscriptions are automatically deactivated 5 days from the third failed attempt.

No worries! Your account hasn't lost any of your progress, and you'll be able to pick back up where you left off so long as you input a new, valid method of payment.

To regain access to Codecademy Pro, simply click here, and follow the remaining steps:

  1. Click on the button "Update" next you your payment method
  2. Input a new, valid payment method and submit it.

Once your payment clears, this will reactivate your Codecademy Pro subscription, allowing you access to premium content!
